Langridge Organic - all our fresh vegetables, herbs, fruit, milk, eggs and cheddar come from Langridge. They are a quality “local first” organic wholesaler that is one of Whole Food Market UK’s trusted suppliers.

Natural Farms - all our fresh meat is sourced from Tony and his team at Natural Farms in Kent. They are committed to welfare and traceability and having visited a number of their farms we are comfortable that their methods align with our ethos. They supply the award-winning restaurant Canteen (observer Food Monthly Restaurant of the Year 2007), who are committed to good animal husbandry (check out their website www.canteen.co.uk), so you can be sure you are getting premium natural and local meat here at the yard. Although not certified organic it made sense to us to go with a trusted local supplier rather than a foreign organic one, as UK organic meat is currently in short supply. We will monitor the situation and reconsider as more local farms convert to organic.

Infinity Foods - our store-cupboard ingredients (flour, sugar, passata, tinned tomatoes, spices etc.) and some of our pizza toppings (eg. kalamata olives) are primarily from this organic and ethical wholesaler. So ethical, in fact, that they recently won the Observer Ethical Award for Best Independent Retailer 2007.

What on Earth - they supply us with our organic pizza meat toppings (ham, salami, pepperoni, etc.) and some other bits and pieces too. They are experts at sourcing all things organic and it is just about fair to say that if they can’t find it, it probably isn’t there.
